PHILLIPS, Francis John (Frank) Passed away peacefully in Middletown Grange Nursing Home on 2nd April 2014 aged 79 years. He will be very sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral Service will be held at Oxford Crematorium on Tuesday 15th April at 2.30 pm. Family flowers only please.
