MILNE, James Falconer (Jim) On December 13th 2014 at Stoke Mandeville Hospital aged 68 years. Beloved husband of Janet (McIvor), much loved father of Alister, Ailsa and Ian and loved Papa of Kailey and dear brother of Jean. A celebration of Jim's life will be held at Christchurch United Reform Church, Oxford Road, Marlow at 2pm, on Thursday 8th January 2015. Family flowers only, donations if desired to Myotonic Dystrophy Support Group c/o David Silvey & Son, Westbourne Street, High Wycombe, Bucks, HP11 2PZ
