SMITH, David William John Sadly passed away on Sunday 8th May at Wexham Park Hospital. Age 52. Dearly loved Son of Sally and Alan. Brother to Jo-Anne, Brother-in-Law to Alan, Uncle to Aimee and William. Funeral Service to be held on Tuesday 24th May at 3.30pm at Hampden Chapel, Chilterns Crematorium, Amersham. Family flowers only. Donations if desired to Cancer Research UK
