Smith, Edward James (Jim) Passed away peacefully after a short illness on 23rd June 2016 aged 74 years. Sadly missed Husband to Shirley, Father to Stephen & Mark, Grandad to Lily & Henry, Father in Law to Emma and Brother to Ron. The funeral will be held on Monday 4th July 2016 at 11.00am at Chilterns Crematorium, Amersham. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired for Cancer Research UK will be gratefully received.
