Barratt (née Lewis) Patricia 'Pat' Sadly passed away on Thursday 10th November 2016, aged 81 years Beloved wife of John, mother of Paul, Lindsay, Sonya and the late Karen and grandmother to Romy and Henry Funeral service will be held at the Chilterns Crematorium on Wednesday 30th November 2016 at 4:30pm Donations are welcome in lieu of flowers to the British Heart Foundation c/o Co-operative Funeralcare, 110 Dashwood Ave, High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, HP12 3EB
