Let your heart rule your head on Valentine's Day
HILLINGDON’S over-55s are invited to get their hearts healthy this Valentine’s Day.
The borough is hosting a Healthy Heart event to highlight the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle it the Middlesex Suite at the Civic Centre from 10am-4pm on Thursday, February 14.
There will be a chair dance from 10:30am-noon, followed by a buffet lunch from 12:30-1:30pm.
Anyone with extra energy can put on their dancing shoes for a class from 12:30pm-1:30pm and the day will conclude with a tea dance from 1:30-3:30pm.
This event itspart of the Change4Life programme.
