RELIGIOUS groups are opening their doors to people who want to learn more about their beliefs and values as Hillingdon Inter-Faith Week comes to its climax.
Run by Hillingdon Inter-Faith Network (HIFN), a charity supported by the council, the event encourages people to develop relationships with faith organisations and find out what they do for the community.
The event runs until this Sunday, December 1, extending beyond the end of the National Inter-Faith Week which ran from November 17-23.
Still to come are worship and a tour of Hillingdon Park Baptist Church from 11:30am on Sunday.
A walk around Minet Country Park will also be held on Sunday, from 12:30 to 3:30pm, with face-painting, jam-making, a winter treasure-hunt, guided walks, and learning what different faiths teach about caring for the environment.
