HILLINGDON Philharmonic Orchestra’s latest performance will involve them playing a unique programme chosen entirely by their audience.

Concert goers at their previous event were asked to select and sponsor their favourite concerto movements, to be played at their performance on Saturday , March 15.

Following an overwhelming response from supporters, the programme now contains movements including Bach’s Double Violin Concerto, Albinoni’s Oboe Concerto No. 2 and Mozart’s Horn Concerto No. 3.

All proceeds from the event, believed to be the first of its kind, will go towards orchestra funds.

The Sponsor a Concerto performance will be held at All Saints Church, Ryefield Avenue, and starts at 7:30pm.

Tickets cost £10 (concessions £8, children 11-16 £5, under-11s FOC) and are available on the door, in advance from Pro Music International, Ickenham, or via 01895 674223.
