A TOTAL of 58 final-year students from ACS Hillingdon International School celebrated their achievements at the school’s annual graduation ceremony.
Attended by 300 parents, teachers and friends, the ceremony marked the culmination of their time at the Vine Lane school.
A highlight came when Michael Taricone and Aaron Merrit, elected by their classmates to speak on their behalf, thanked parents and staff, followed by some amusing recollections of their time at Hillingdon.
Guest speaker was acclaimed Irish author and storyteller, Niall de Burca, who inspired the audience with tales of his own career.
High School Principal Dawn Ekstrom said: “The final months of Grade 12 require a huge amount of commitment and hard work so it’s very satisfying to see the students come together and celebrate their achievements.”
