WHITEHALL has approved an application to establish Pinner High School on the former Heathfield School for Girls.
Pinner High will serve the communities of Pinner and Eastcote. The first 180 Year 7 students will join in September 2016.
The school will be for students aged 11-18, including a sixth form on a site that is part of the Harrow Sixth Form Collegiate. It will include a centre to support 12 autistic children.
The vast majority of places will be prioritised on sibling links (from the second year of opening onwards) and distance from the site.
There will be an open meeting for prospective parents and local residents on November 10 to hear more about Pinner High.
Details will be on the website, www.pinnerhighschool.org.uk
