BOROUGH residents who use their HillingdonFirst cards can get free parking in council car parks and on-street bays every weekend in December and the first weekend in the New Year.
The offer also gives people out shopping with their cards access to discounts at participating shops.
For residents without HillingdonFirst cards, parking will be free for everyone in council car parks and bays on bank holidays.
This will include Cedars, Grainges and Kingsend South car parks which normally charge on bank holidays. Normal parking restrictions will apply on December 29, 30 and 31.
When you park, you need to touch your HillingdonFirst card on the parking machine to pick up your free ticket, which needs to be displayed as usual.
If you are parking in a car park where there is usually a time limit, you will be issued with a ticket for the maximum amount of time.
If there is no maximum parking time in the car park or area, you will get an all-day ticket.
