TV celebrity Carol Smillie will lead the Light Up a Life remembrance ceremony at the intu shopping centre, Uxbridge, this Sunday.
Michael Sobell Hospice, in Northwood, is inviting people across Hillingdon to celebrate, reflect and remember loved ones.
There will be a collection of readings to remember those no longer with us and the Showcase Choir will sing carols.
Marketing manager at intu, Donna Watson, said: “We hope the community will join us in celebrating the lives of loved ones that cannot be with us and to show what they meant to us.”
At the end of the ceremony, the hospice Tree of Life will be lit up and candles will distributed. Each light represents the life of someone being remembered.
Light Up a Life takes place on Sunday, December 7, 3-4pm.
