THE Entertainer will re-open its newly re-fitted Uxbridge toy shop on Easter Saturday, April 4. It is located in The Pavilions shopping centre.

Red Power Ranger will make special appearances throughout the day. Shoppers will also be able to enjoy special offers on Power Rangers and Lego items.

The store will celebrate its re-opening with a special trolley dash undertaken by children who benefit from the ORCHYD charity.

ORCHYD provides an annual residential holiday for children with disabilities.

The charity was set up in 1971 when a collection of like-minded people from the Ruislip Christian Council and the charity Scope teamed up to organise and run a holiday for Ruislip children with physical disabilities.

Corrie Irwin, head of the charity’s committee, said: “We can’t wait to share the new toys with children who will be joining us on our 2015 holiday."

Gary Grant, managing director and founder of The Entertainer, said: “Uxbridge and the centre itself continues to offer a strong retail position for our store as it attracts large numbers of family shoppers.”
