ISLA Baker is not even 10, but that didn't stop her from seeing off the competition last weekend to win two tickets to the Aviva Premiership Rugby final.

She won the Wasps Grab a Ticket contest at the Ricoh Arena as Dai Young's team suffered a 26-21 defeat to Leicester Tigers.

Grab a Ticket involves contestants entering an inflatable dome, to try to catch as many paper tickets as possible in a 30-second spell.

Isla grabbed an astonishing 82 in her half-minute to earn herself and one other person a place at the Twickenham showpiece on May 30.

Dad David has already laid claim to that second ticket but admits he had to fight off Isla's 11-year-old brother Ross for it.

"I made sure I got that second ticket because Ross was keen to take it. Hopefully, he can come along as well because it will be a really good day out.

"Isla was very excited when she won - she didn't know until we looked on Twitter - but all through the game she was asking me if I thought she'd won."

The Grab a Ticket machine has now travelled to all 12 Aviva Premiership Rugby clubs, with the winner at each ground receiving two tickets to the final at the end of May.

Isla, who attends Glebe Primary School in Ickenham, has been to rugby HQ many times in the past but her Dad is adamant this year will be special.

"I've been taking Isla to Wasps for probably about five years and but I've been going for 30 years,” he said.

"We're season ticket holders, so we've been using the free coach travel on offer since the club moved to Coventry."

Tickets to the Aviva Premiership Rugby Final are selling faster than this time last year so, with just one round to go, now's the time to book your place at the world's biggest club rugby final.
