THE Village Fete will be arriving at intu Uxbridge shopping centre on Saturday and Sunday, June 27-28, from 11-5pm each day.
On the Saturday, the entertainment starts with a ‘boom boom’ as Basil Brush is joined by his sidekick, Mr Stephen.
More TV stars appearing that day are Britain’s Got Talent finalist James Smith and The Voice star Ryan Green who will sing for the crowds.
The activities continue on the Sunday when young shoppers can join in with the Kids’ Club activities, including storytelling with Dorothy and the Wizard and a chance to meet the giant Tin Man and Scarecrow on stilts.
There are more famous faces dropping by, too. Bailey McConnell from Britain’s Got Talent and band Chord Red are some of the performers.
All weekend, visitors can enjoy giant board games, free face painting and meet the Hedge People.
intu Uxbridge is calling on borough singers, bands and performers to step into the spotlight over the weekend in the Everyone’s Got Talent competition, with the top talent invited to perform in-centre.
Applicants simply need to send their details and demos (videos or links to online pages) to talent@launchingrockets.co.uk
