A GANG member who had guns and £750,000 worth of drugs in his Hayes home was sentenced at Isleworth Crown Court today to nine years in prison.
Pamesh Sharma 26, of Dawley Road, was arrested on May 5 after officers stopped him in his BMW in Guernsey Close, Hesto,n and discovered more than £75,000 cash stashed in a speaker in the boot of the car.
A subsequent search of his home led to the recovery of four handguns, three Glocks and a Beretta, a silencer, ammunition and magazines containing bullets. One of the guns had been modified to fire automatically.
Police also found two hold-alls containing heroin and ketamine with an estimated street value of around £750,000.
Det Sgt Bruce Galbraith said: "This intelligence-led operation has taken a dangerous criminal out of circulation and removed four potentially lethal weapons from the streets of London.
"Drugs cause harm and misery to communities and by seizing this significant amount I believe we will have made a very real difference."
Sharma pleaded guilty to 10 counts relating to the guns and drugs.
