Wednesday, March 23

Henry David Tonner, 19, of Brookside Road, Watford. On February 28, 2016, without the consent of the owner took a vehicle for the use of himself or another. On same date, used a vehicle without insurance; used a vehicle without a licence. On March 22, 2016, failed to surrender to custody at St Albans Magistrates’ Court. Fine, costs: £669. Six penalty points.

Laura Ashwood, 33, of Owens Way, Croxley Green, Rickmansworth. Between June 8, 2015, and November 13, 2015, she was the parent of a child of compulsory school age who failed to attend regularly at school. Discharged conditionally for 18 months. Costs: £65.

Herbert Lubin, 73, of Long Croft, Watford. Between May 6, 2015, and August 16, 2015, pursued a course of conduct which amounted to the harassment of a person. Discharged conditionally for six months. Costs: £415.

Thursday, March 24

Rexson Otemro, 27, of Westbury Road, Watford. Between August 13, 2015, and February 13, 2016, pursued a course of conduct which amounted to the stalking of a person. Committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 18 months. Restraining order made. Costs: £165.

Gary John Hodgson, 59, of Whippendell Road, Watford. On March 4, 2016, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. Fine, costs: £145.

Toni Maxine Smith, 37, of Jubilee Walk, Watford. On July 3, 2015, failed to give information relating to the identification of a driver who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fine, costs: £811. Six penalty points.

Ruth Elizabeth Stewart, 62, of Lemonfield Drive, Watford. On May 29, 2015, used a vehicle at a speed exceeding the legal limit of 30mph. Fine, costs: £145. Three penalty points.

Tuesday, March 29

James Ian Burden, 19, of Highlands, Watford. On March 10, 2016, failed to stop his vehicle on being required to do so by a constable in uniform. On same date, used a vehicle without insurance; used a vehicle without a licence; used a vehicle which had no test certificate. Fine, costs: £385. Eight penalty points.

Marie Louise Kate Durkin, 29, of Cedar Crescent, Bushey. On March 11, 2016, used a vehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath was 75 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. Fine, costs: £745.

Mark Christopher Hall, 27, of Rickmansworth Road, Watford. On March 8, 2016, damaged a glass window belonging to Diamonds and Strings nightclub. On same date had in his possession a small quantity of cannabis. Commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order. Committed to prison. Samantha Walton, 28, of Regent Street, Watford. On June 1, 2015, used a vehicle while using a hand-held mobile telephone. Fine, costs: £327. Three penalty points.

Miqdad Hassanali, 23, of Kensington Avenue, Watford. On March 27, 2016, had in his possession a small bag of cannabis. On same date, stole a Samsung Galaxy tablet. Fine, compensation, costs: £565.

Steven Ted Aldrich, 56, of St Pauls Way, Watford. On August 8, 2015, assaulted a person by beating him. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Compensation, costs: £465.

Thursday, March 31

Matthew Paul Reeves-Westwood, 23, of Muirfield Road, Watford. On December 10, 2015, assaulted a woman by beating her. On December 27, 2015, disclosed a private sexual photograph or film without the consent of an individual who appeared in it. Community order made. Participate in Thinking Skills Programme for 19 sessions. Fine, costs: £230.

Nicola Katherine Sharples, 47, of The Parade, Watford. On November 23, 2015, stole groceries belonging to Tesco. On same date, assaulted a person by beating him; assaulted a police constable in the execution of his duty. On December 1, 2015, stole cash belonging to Paddy Power. Community order made. Have treatment for alcohol dependency for six months. Not to enter Tesco for 12 months. Costs, compensation: £1,385.

Damian Leonard Smith, 30, of Bowmans Green, Watford. On October 11, 2015, used a vehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath was 53 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. Disqualified from driving for 36 months. Fine, costs: £450.

Gary Connor Melia-Fajaroo, 18, of Colne Avenue, Rickmansworth. On March 15, 2016, had with him in a public place an offensive weapon, namely a rounders bat. Community order made. Carry out unpaid work for 120 hours within the next 12 months. Costs: £145.

Ibrar Ahmed Rathore, 50, of Rose Gardens, Watford. On December 9, 2015, used threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused alarm or distress. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Costs: £100.

Florin Cristea, 24, of Stirling Place, Watford. On March 13, 2016, used a vehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath was 51 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. On March 23, 2016, failed to surrender to custody at Stevenage Magistrates’ Court. Disqualified from driving for 14 months. Fine, costs: £642.

Monday, April 4

Mark Anthony John Hyde, 35, of The Crescent, Abbots Langley. On August 27, 2015, destroyed a door. Compensation: £570.

On same date, used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause a person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against them. Community order made.
