Wednesday, April 6

Roger McConnon, 41, of Lincoln Drive, South Oxhey. On various dates, failed to comply with supervision requirements by failing to attend supervision appointments. Fine, costs: £105.

Thursday, April 7

John Patrick McCarthy, 48, of King Georges Avenue, Watford. On March 19, 2016, damaged a vehicle and a door. On same date, used a vehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath was 129 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. Disqualified from driving for 31 months. Fine, costs: £10,485.

Christopher Richard Daglish, 37, of Garston Park Parade, Watford. On July 28, 2015, used a vehicle without insurance. On same date, failed to comply with a red light traffic signal; used a vehicle when the front wheel was fitted with a tyre which had the ply or cord exposed. Fine, costs: £894. Six penalty points.

Graham Stuart Eldridge, 54, of Octavia Court, Watford. On April 13, 2015, used a vehicle while using a hand-held mobile telephone. Fine, costs: £862. Six penalty points.

Friday, April 8

Nisar Ahmed, 47, of Beech Road, Watford. On September 11, 2015, assaulted a person. On same date, used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause a person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against them. Community order made. Not to enter Viking Chip Shop, Bushey, for 12 months. Carry out unpaid work for 200 hours within the next 12 months. Compensation, costs: £755.

Andrew Trevor Levene, 53, of Queens Road, Watford. On March 10, 2016, stole two bottles of wine and a bag of potatoes belonging to Marks and Spencer. Fine, costs: £165.

Immaculate Odera, 44, of Stanley Road, Watford. On March 8, 2016, failed to provide a specimen of breath for analysis in the course of an investigation into whether she had committed an offence. On March 7, 2016, used a vehicle without insurance. On same date, used a vehicle without a licence; failed to comply with a red light traffic signal. Community order made. Carry out unpaid work for 100 hours within the next 12 months. Disqualified from driving for three years. Costs: £145.

Oliver Davis, 39, of Whippendell Road, Watford. On December 10, 2015, used threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour and the offence was racially aggravated. Fine, costs: £270.

Monday, April 11

Harvey Patrick Davies, 27, of Cheshire Drive, Leavesden. On March 3, 2016, stole a pair of headphones belonging to John Lewis. Committed to prison for two months. No costs.

Steven Hardwick, 48, of Otley Way, South Oxhey. On July 19, 2015, stole hair serum belonging to Boots. On September 6, 2015, stole alcohol and toiletries belonging to Waitrose. On September 18, 2015, stole wine and steak belonging to Co-Op. On September 21, 2015, stole steak belonging to Co-Op. Fine, compensation, costs: £479.03.

Rizwan Riaz, 37, of Roundway, Watford. On February 3, 2016, attempted to steal money from a purse. Committed to prison for four weeks suspended for 12 months. Compensation, costs: £272.60.

Adam Robert Irving, 30, of Alexandra Road, Chipperfield. On February 27, 2016, used a vehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath was 66 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. On same date, failed to stop the vehicle on being required to do so by a constable in uniform; used a vehicle while disqualified from driving; drove a vehicle dangerously on a road; used a vehicle without insurance. Committed to prison suspended for 12 months. Overall length of sentence six months. Disqualified from driving for 42 months. Fine, costs: £515.

Wednesday, April 13

Lee George Young, 18, of Rickmansworth Road, Watford. On March 9, 2016, had in his possession a quantity of herbal cannabis. Fine, costs: £140.

Jason Scott Evans, 46, of Bovingdon Crescent, Watford. On October 21, 2015, had a vehicle registered in his name which did not meet insurance requirements. Fine, costs: £352.
