Friday, June 10

Richard Marcdo McKenzie, 20, of Elm Court, Watford. On April 16, 2016, assaulted a person by beating him. Two counts. Fine, compensation, costs: £925.

Elaine Dorethy June Laver, 62, of Berry Lane, Mill End, Rickmansworth. On May 24, 2016, used a vehicle without insurance. On same date, used a vehicle without a licence. Fine, costs: £235. Eight penalty points.

Robert Ernest Page, 49, of Haines Way, Watford. Between June 2, 2015, and July 20, 2015, stole monies belonging to CEX by means of fraudulent transactions. Committed to prison for 20 weeks suspended for 24 months. Carry out unpaid work for 100 hours within the next 12 months. Compensation: £3,500.

Jerry Jay Junior Salisbury, 27, of Stanley Road, Watford. On May 23, 2016, had in his possession a quantity of cannabis. Fine, costs: £210.

Saturday, June 11

Hedley Bernard Baldwin, 37, of Watford Road, Croxley Green, Rickmansworth. On May 9, 2016, stole a television belonging to Rickmansworth Recycling Centre. On May 10, 2016, failed to surrender to custody at Central Herts Magistrates’ Court. Community order made. Exclusion requirement made. Costs: £170.

William Martin Reid, 43, of Croxley View, Watford. On May 10, 2016, stole three bottles of alcohol belonging to Asda. Committed to prison for 14 days. Costs: £115.

Tuesday, June 14

Bahram Shokri, 32, of St Albans Road, Watford. On July 27, 2015, assaulted a person thereby occasioning him actual bodily harm. Community order made. Carry out unpaid work for 220 hours within the next 12 months. Compensation, costs: £1,360.

Liam Alexander Fowler, 27, of Fuller Gardens, Watford. Between February 23, 2016, and April 10, 2016, committed fraud in that he dishonestly made a false representation by obtaining money to purchase tickets. Fine, compensation, costs: £3,680.

Paulo Antonio Hango, 39, of Kings Avenue, Watford. On June 11, 2016, failed to provide a specimen of breath for analysis in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence. Disqualified from driving for 22 months. Fine, costs: £525.

Naeem Mohammed, 39, of Kings Avenue, Watford. On December 29, 2015, used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause a person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against them. Commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order. Committed to prison. Overall length of sentence ten weeks. Participate in Thinking Skills Programme for 19 sessions.
