Gary Floyd Brown, 52, of Otley Way, Watford. On March 18, 2016, used a vehicle without a licence. On same date, being the driver of a vehicle failed to comply with the indication given by a red light traffic signal. Fine, costs: £195. Three penalty points.

Ricky Lees, 22, of The Harebreaks, Watford. On September 18, 2015, failed to give information relating to the identification of a driver who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Two counts. Fine, costs: £930. Six penalty points.

Friday, June 17

Jack Woodland, 18, of Gladstone Road, Watford. On May 20, 2016, used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause a person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against them. On June 10, 2016, failed to surrender to custody at St Albans Magistrates’ Court. Commission of a further offence whilst subject to order of conditional discharge. Community order made. Fine, compensation: £200.

Shae Henry Seery, 19, of Upper Highway, Abbots Langley. On December 5, 2015, assaulted a person thereby occasioning him actual bodily harm. Community order made. Carry out unpaid work for 80 hours within the next 12 months. Compensation, costs: £895.

Nicholas Ireland, 42, of Brampton Road, Watford. On May 19, 2016, stole cosmetics belonging to Tesco. On May 20, 2016, being a person in police detention failed to provide a sample for the purpose of ascertaining whether he had a Class A drug in his body. Commission of a further offence whilst subject to order of conditional discharge. Community order made. Costs: £85.

Simon Kevin Adanuty, 45, of Gosforth Lane, Watford. On May 12, 2016, stole various packs of meat belonging to Co-Op Stores. Three counts. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Compensation: £143.54.

Colin Leslie Morris, 39, of Gosforth Lane, Watford. On April 6, 2016, stole various meat items belonging to Co-Op Stores. Three counts. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Compensation, costs: £181.98.

James Mousavi-Zadeh, 30, of Warren Court, Abbots Langley. On January 29, 2016, damaged property belonging to the Eric Shepherd Unit. Three counts. Compensation: £100.

Saturday, June 18

Chelsie Lorraine Wicks, 25, of Chilcott Road, Watford. On June 17, 2016, stole a bottle of Jack Daniels belonging to Sainsbury. Commission of a further offence whilst subject to order of conditional discharge. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order. Fine, costs: £260.

Neil Michael Williams, 46, of Hagden Lane, Watford. On January 5, 2016, sent a message that was grossly offensive or of an indecent, obscene or menacing character. On February 9, 2016, stole a bicycle. Fine, compensation, costs: £669.99.

Nicholas Hurson Barratt, 32, of Springfield Close, Croxley Green, Rickmansworth. On May 20, 2016, used a vehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath was 119 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. Community order made. Carry out unpaid work for 200 hours within the next 12 months. Disqualified from driving for 28 months. Costs: £170.
