Wednesday, August 3

Chris Clark, 24, of St Albans Road, Watford. On April 19, 2016, failed to hand over his train ticket for inspection when asked to do so by an authorised person. Fine, compensation, costs: £391.90.

Thursday, August 4

Harry Steven Hughes, 29, of Bramfield, Garston. On June 16, 2016, stole a bicycle. On August 3, 2016, damaged a police van. On same date, damaged a custody cell; resisted a police constable in the execution of his duty. Committed to prison for 10 weeks suspended for 18 months. Compensation, costs: £449.

Joseph James Wright, 18, of St Albans Road, Watford. On August 3, 2016, had in his possession a small quantity of cannabis. Fine, costs: £105.

Perry Wakeham, 25, of Fairfolds, Watford. On May 12, 2016, used violence for the purpose of securing entry into premises. Community order made. Be under curfew for four weeks. Compensation, costs: £521.

Gunanayagam Kohulan, 49, of Baxter Road, Watford. On November 17, 2015, used a vehicle at a speed exceeding the legal limit of 30mph. Fine, costs: £205.

Awais Aftab, 26, of Chester Road, Watford. On April 7, 2016, had in his possession a quantity of cocaine. On same date, used a vehicle whilst disqualified from driving; used a vehicle without insurance; wilfully obstructed a police constable in the execution of his duty. Fine, costs: £1,551. Four penalty points.

Andrew Wilkins, 42, of Blackwell Road, Kings Langley. On November 7, 2015, used a vehicle at a speed exceeding the legal limit of 30mph. Fine, costs: £100. Three penalty points.

Robert James Watson, 65, of High Street, Kings Langley. On September 30, 2015, used a vehicle without insurance. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Costs: £115. Six penalty points.

Debbie Jane Casey, 26, of Leavesden Road, Watford. On November 22, 2015, used a vehicle without insurance. On same date, used a vehicle without a licence. Fine, costs: £440. Six penalty points.

Ghulam Fareed, 34, of Hudson Close, Watford. On January 30, 2016, used a vehicle without due care and attention. Fine, compensation, costs: £925. Nine penalty points.

Claudiu Eugen Petcu, 28, of Scammell Way, Watford. On January 29, 2016, used a vehicle without insurance. Fine, costs: £811. Six penalty points.

Abdul Rahim, 34, of Kings Avenue, Watford. On November 22, 2015, used a vehicle without insurance. Disqualified from driving for six months. Fine, costs: £811.

Dominic Daniel, 33, of Monica Close, Watford. On November 28, 2015, used a vehicle without insurance. On same date, used a vehicle without a licence. Disqualified from driving for six months. Fine, costs: £911.

Peter David G Fischer, 65, of Lower Road, Chorleywood. On November 25, 2015, used a vehicle at a speed exceeding the legal limit of 50mph. Disqualified from driving for six months. Fine, costs: £185.

Paul Ross Anderson Greenidge, 26, of Chapel Way, Bedmond, Abbots Langley. On May 20, 2016, used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause a person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against them. Community order made. Carry out unpaid work for 100 hours within the next 12 months. Costs: £170.

Janusz Stapurewicz, 34, of Kingswood Road, Watford. On November 20, 2015, stole a car belonging to Moto Finance. Community order made. Carry out unpaid work for 225 hours within the next 12 months. Costs: £145.

Monday, August 8

Paul Darren Abrahams, 48, of The Parade, Watford. Between July 1, 2016, and August 6, 2016, was in continuous contact with a person which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order. Fine, costs: £80.

Ahmed Oke, 39, of Ainsdale Road, Watford. On April 21, 2016, damaged a cell in a police station. Fine, compensation, costs: £285.

Thomas Samuel Middlebrook, 25, of Devereux Drive, Watford. On July 31, 2016, used a vehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath was 85 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. Disqualified from driving for 20 months. Fine, costs: £365.

Alex Gordon John Parsons, 24, of Acme Road, Watford. On July 30, 2016, used a vehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath was 66 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. Disqualified from driving for 17 months. Fine, costs: £405.
