Commonwealth gold medallist Dwain Chambers inspired young athletes during a visit to a Harrow gymnastics club.
Chambers paid a visit to the kids at the Harrow School of Gymnastics on Christchurch Avenue, on Sunday, to take them through some drill training sessions.
One of the fastest European sprinters in the history of athletics, Chambers then put some of the elite boys and girls through their paces, giving them top tips on running, fitness and athletic training regimes.

Michelle Guiseris, head girls coach at the gymnastics school, said: “As a coach working with elite gymnasts, I feel it’s really important and beneficial to venture into other fields of elite sport and learn from each other.”
Tomique Gibson, 15, is a gymnast in the Jamaican national squad.
“It was a great learning experience and I feel I can apply his techniques to the way I approach my vault,” she said.
Eleven-year-old Ami O’Sullivan added: “I learned a lot and felt the way Dwain taught us made the session really enjoyable.”
Jamaican national gymnast Reiss Beckford came to the school earlier in the month to pass on his knowledge and experience of competing in gymnastics at international level.
Reiss spent a whole evening at the club talking to the coaches, young gymnasts and their parents, sharing his wisdom and telling stories of the commitment and sacrifices he made to succeed as a top gymnast.
