A car showroom could be demolished and a build a three storey building built in its place.
The application submitted to Hertsmere Borough Council also seeks permission to demolish a house and commercial property both in High Road, in Bushey.
Hertsmere Borough Council's planning department will discuss and decide on the outcome of the application tomorrow.
