On July 23, 2016, had in his possession one wrap of heroin. On same date, stole various items belonging to TK Maxx. Community order made. Be under curfew for 12 weeks. Costs: £170.

Michael John Dady, 29, of Weall Green, Watford. On June 17, 2016, used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour. Restraining order made. Fine, costs: £315.

Tom Ronald Kinsella, 25, of Foxhill, Watford. On April 15, 2016, pursued a course of conduct which amounted to the harassment of a person. Community order made. Carry out unpaid work for 200 hours within the next 12 months. Restraining order made. Costs: £170.
