Police want to speak to this man
A man who verbally abused children in a high street shop is being sought by police.
The incident happened at around 11.20am on Sunday, October 2, in the Budgens store on High Street, Abbotts Langley.
A mum was in the store with her children when one of them accidentally bumped into the man. He verbally abused the child before leaving the store.
Officers are now looking to trace the man captured on CCTV.
