Two patients required treatment for smoke inhalation
Two people – including an elderly man – were treated for smoke inhalation after a flat fire in Watford.
Fire engines from Watford, Rickmansworth and Borehamwood were sent to the scene on Longcroft at around 8.20pm on Wednesday, October 27.
The fire on the first floor flat was put out “relatively quickly” – within an hour – but two patients required treatment at the scene for smoke inhalation.
