Friday, February 3

Aaron Jamie Kevin Barker, 23, of Horseshoe Lane, Watford. On August 30, 2016, used a vehicle without due care and attention. Two counts. On September 6, 2016, used threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour. On same date, damaged a vehicle. On October 2, 2016, used a vehicle which did not bear an index plate dangerously in a public place. Disqualified from driving for 15 months. Fine, costs: £955.

Declan Mark Kilcoyne, 39, of High Road, Leavesden. On January 31, 2017, used a vehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath was 78 microgrammes in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. Disqualified from driving for 40 months. Fine, costs: £1,185.

Charley Anne Poole, 19, of Kenilworth Gardens, Watford. On November 27, 2016, assaulted a woman thereby occasioning her actual bodily harm. Committed to prison for 20 weeks suspended for 18 months. Commission of a further offence whilst subject to a conditional discharge order. Compensation: £250.

Terrence John Stephen Potts, 47, of Hempstead Road, Watford. On April 28, 2016, damaged a glass window. On April 29, 2016, sent a message to a person which he was prohibited from doing by a non-molestation order. Restraining order made. Fine, costs: £2,033.

Luke Davison, 27, of Colnhurst Road, Watford. On December 5, 2015, being the driver of a vehicle owing to the presence of which on a road an accident occurred and he failed to stop. On same date, used a vehicle without due care and attention. Fine, costs: £1,466. Eight penalty points.

Gary Goodchild, 28, of Woolmerdine Court, Bushey. On January 26, 2017, failed to surrender to custody. Fine, costs: £80.

Saturday, February 4

James Alan Golding, 38, of Cotswold Avenue, Bushey. On February 3, 2017, used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause a person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against them. On same date, had in his possession one small block of cannabis resin. Fine, costs: £235.

Monday, February 6

Dominic Stephen Bowes, 29, of Carpenders Avenue, Watford. On January 31, 2017, used a vehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath was 53 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. Disqualified from driving for 14 months. Fine, costs: £635.

Gary Goatley, 58, of Oxhey Drive, Watford. On December 23, 2016, had with him in a public place a bowie knife. Committed to prison for 26 weeks suspended for 12 months. Costs: £200.

Peter Lee Kenny, 28, of Spur Close, Abbots Langley. On February 6, 2017, stole eight perfume gift boxes belonging to Boots. Community order made. Costs: £170.

Majid Osman Maskat, 22, of Greatham Road, Bushey. On October 2, 2016, dishonestly undertook or assisted in the retention, removal or disposal of stolen goods for the benefit of another. On October 6, 2016, used a vehicle without insurance. Community order made. Carry out unpaid work for 100 hours within the next 12 months. Fine, costs: £320. Six penalty points.

Barry Wayne Hill, 33, of Phillipers, Watford. On December 24, 2016, had in his possession loose buds of cannabis. Fine, costs: £195.

Monjural Islam, 25, of Leavesden Road, Watford. On November 15, 2016, stole Christmas lights belonging to The Range. On November 19, 2016, assaulted a person by beating him. On same date, stole a Christmas tree belonging to The Range. On December 21, 2016, failed to comply with the requirements of a community order. On November 25, 2016, stole one case of beers belonging to Tesco. Commission of a further offence whilst subject to a conditional discharge order. Committed to prison.
