A garden building will be renovated after planning permission has been granted.
The former-business workshop in Nascot Street will be torn down and replaced with a single storey outbuilding.
The space be used as a studio/playroom and a store within the legal boundary of Nascot Street.
The studio will be used to run a printing business as well as being used as part of the neighbouring home.
In order to be approved, the building must not impact the lighting, privacy, outlook, increase in noise or sense of enclosure to neighbouring homes, it must been in keeping with the characted and appearance both of the property and the surrounding area.
