A woman was taken to hospital after a driver spooked her dog.
The pedestrian was walking along Shepherds Lane, Chorleywood, between 5.30am and 5.45am on Aprill 11, when the suspect drove down the wrong side of the road.
The car was travelling from Chorleywood towards Mill End and the driver crashed into a lamppost, fence and a set of traffic lights.
Spooked by the incident, the woman's dog pulled her to the ground and she was taken to hospital with concussion and minor injuries.
Police are appealing for anyone with information, or anyone who witnessed the dangerous driving, to call 101.
