Free gifts worth more than £100 are on offer to teams that sign up for a brand new charity football league which kicks off next month in Uxbridge.

The league – which is run by Leisure Leagues, Europe’s largest provider of small sided soccer - kicks off on July 19 and will take place at Harefield Academy every Wednesday.

Games cost £30 and happen between the times of 7-9pm.

There is free entry to the league for a limited time and all teams will receive a free kit for their team.

Teams will then be competing for a range of top prizes including huge custom made trophies, medals, champagne, all in the coveted Leisure Leagues prize box.

A fun, but competitive game is assured – and in a unique move profits from the league will be donated to charity, for which Leisure Leagues have been praised by, amongst others, David Cameron, as well as Prince Charles.

All standards are catered for, with New Business Manager Sam Jones saying: “Whether you fancy yourself as the next Lionel Messi, or you are an honest trier who loves the game, then we can find room for you here!

“We have been running leagues for 30 years and we are confident that we can give the same enjoyment to the community of Uxbridge that we have already in so many places.”

Qualified refs – with all equipment provided – will be in charge of the league, and are backed up by the strongest discipline structure there is, to ensure the games are competitive and fun.
