A day focusing on wellbeing for over-55s is set to take place in July.
Age UK Barnet are hosting a wellbeing day at Burnt Oak Leisure Centre, Watling Avenue on July 14 to give over-55s a chance to try out sports and meet other people.
Participants can try out a range of games from non-contact rugby, Nordic walking, tai chi and "movement to music" as well as hear short talks and visit information stalls.
Age UK Barnet's director Dale Bevington said: "Don’t worry about the weather, all of the activities can be done indoors as well as outdoors and there is a big gym!
"No need to book just come along and have some fun."
There will also be a free lunch for all those that attend.
The event takes place from 10.30am at Burnt Oak Leisure Centre, Watling Avenue in Edgware.
