A counselling and bereavement service has been awarded for its work.
Peace Hospice Care, was awarded the Greater London Enterprise Award for Excellence in Supportive Care Services for its free and specialist care for patience and their families facing life-limiting illness.
Laureen Hemming, wellbeing team lead at Peace Hospice Care, said: "Being diagnosed with a life-limiting illness and experiencing loss can be an extremely challenging and stressful time for individuals.
"Our service helps patients speak about their emotions and deal with these feelings by providing emotional, psychological and spiritual support.
"We are delighted to receive the SME News Award and grateful to SME News for recognising the positive impact we have on the local community."
