THE Shipping Building at The Old Vinyl Factory development in Blyth Road, Hayes, has been sold for £29m.
It is a landmark art deco office building over seven floors and is multi-let to seven occupiers including the Central Research Laboratory, Kingston Smith and Sonos UK.
The building was sold by the Moorfield Group to Floreat Real Estate

The Old Vinyl Factory, on the former EMI site, is one of the most significant regeneration schemes in West London.
The £250 million regeneration, when complete, will comprise 642 home, half a million sqare feet of offices, restaurants and shops, a four-screen cinema, a sustainable energy centre and a live music venue.
