ASDA South Ruislip made a donation at the launch of a new community initiative, The Fairway Hub.
The team at the Old Dairy Lane store presented St Mary’s Church with a £350 cheque towards its newest support group.
The Fairway Hub has been set up for elderly members of the community by Father Eric Lobsinger, for people to catch up with old friends and meet new people. The Fairway Hub will run weekly on Wednesdays from 10.30am -12.30pm.

Laura Skov, community life colleague at Asda South Ruislip, said: “Loneliness can seriously impact on mental health, so it’s fantastic that St Marys has set up the Fairway Hub to bring people together for fun activities.”
Father Eric Lobsinger said: “We had a fantastic morning kicking off the first session of the Fairway Hub, and it was lovely to see so many friendly faces from Hillingdon. We really appreciate the donation.”
