THE latest phase of St. Andrew’s Park in Uxbridge was marked with a ceremony to celebrate the topping out of new apartment blocks.
Developer St. Modwen was joined by lead contractor Galliford Try, based in nearby Cowley, for the laying of a ceremonial block with a trowel.

The £90m development is the latest instalment in the transformation of the former RAF Uxbridge base into a new community with a total of 1,300 new homes, a new park and commercial areas.
This stage includes the construction of a further 249 homes spread over four blocks, which will be offered in a range of ownerships and tenures.
