SOUTH Hillingdon Schools Sports Network held its annual awards ceremony on Monday.
Students from Barnhill Community High in Hayes spoke about what it means to embody the Olympic and Paralympic values of determination, equality, inspiration, friendship, courage, excellence and respect.

Colleagues from across the network's primary schools and two secondaries won awards in each of these categories.
There was also an inspiring speech from the VIP guest, Paralympian Ali Jawad.
