THE Brook House pub in Kingshill Avenue, Hayes, will reopen on Thursday evening (5) after a £300,000 facelift.
The pub, which forms part of the Craft Union Greater London group, will be managed by Jason Haskew, who has always lived in the town and worked at the pub as its manager for a number of years.
His dream while growing up and working in the Brook House was to one day buy the pub, so he says he’s thrilled to become its new operator.

The Brook House will have an official launch party from 7pm in aid of the Brain Tumour Charity.
It’s a favourite cause for regulars as a valued customer died and left behind a young family. They have since raised funds in the Brook House to raise awareness of the illness.
The reopening will have a ‘dress to impress’ theme, with prizes for the best dressed.
