KY LEWIS from West Drayton has performed on TV at the Brit Awards with Justin Timberlake, released an EP and appeared at The Great Escape festival since winning a performing arts scholarship..

He won the Skunk Anansie Scholarship and, with just a month until the deadline for applications to this year's scheme, more applications are being encouraged from Hillingdon.

ACM, a creative industries educator, is offering more £130,000 in the form of five scholarships.

Students on ACM’s Performance and Creative Artistry Degree programmes can benefit from both the Freddie Mercury and Skunk Anansie scholarships, with a British Association for Songwriters, Composers and Authors scholarship also available.

Those opting to study Music Production are able to apply for the Music Gateway Scholarship and those on the Business and Innovation and Technical Services pathways can apply for the Keith Lowde Scholarship.

With each Scholarship worth up to £27,000, recipients can look forward to graduating free from tuition fee debt.
