Firefighters were quick to rush to the scene of a van that was in flames.
A large white van was captured on fire this afternoon at around 12.41pm in Little Oxhey Lane.

John Elliott, owner of the Oxhey Jets Football Club, overlooked the fire as fire services were called to the scene.
According to the eyewitness, a driver inside the van managed to escape the vehicle safely and the fire was extinguished.
Pictures show tall flames and a lot of smoke emitted from the van during the fire.

Hertfordshire Fire and Rescue said the fire was under control just after 1.15pm.
