A MAN appeared in court today charged with the murder of a 28-year-old Latvian in a Hayes park.
Aleksandrs Vinogradovs, 26, of Dudley Place has been remanded in custody and is due to appear at the Old Bailey in May.
The fork-lift truck driver was charged with murdering Aleksejs Kiselovs, also of Dudley Place, in Pinkwell Park on Sunday, February 10.
