A MOTORCYCLIST from Ruislip has died after being hit by two cars on the road in Hayes.
Spencer Gibbons, 38, of Clyfford Road, was in a collision with a Mitsubishi Shogun and a Suzuki Vitara in Dawley Road at around 6.20am this morning.
He came off his Suzuki motorbike near to the junction with Bolingbroke Way and was declared dead at the scene.
One of the drivers of the cars was treated for shock after the crash, and the other was taken to hospital for minor injuries.
Mr Gibbons' family have been informed and a post mortem is due to take place on tomorrow at Uxbridge Mortuary.
Police investigating the crash have appealed for witnesses to come forward.
Sergeant Chris Osborne, from the Met's Collision Investigation Unit, said: "Whilst this happened early in the morning, I am sure there will have people around who saw the collision.
"I would like those people to contact the investigation unit so that we can piece together exactly what happened."
