ANTI-public cuts activista are looking for support tomorrow (Saturday) as they take to the streets of Hayes with leaflets in hand.
They aim to distribute 2,000 leaflets over the weekend, starting outside Immaculate Heart Roman Catholic Church at lunchtime, in an effort to advertise a meeting on Tuesday.
The meeting will discuss the impact of Coalition cuts on Hillingdon and will take place in the community hall behind the church at 6.30pm.
Previous topics have included whether to support the TUSC (Trade Unionist and Socialist Coalition) at elections time and what can be done to prevent further cuts in the borough.
Anti Cuts chairman Wally Kennedy reported a good turnout for previous meetings so far with good discussions. He can be contacted on 07415 609 012.
