Hillingdon-based rowing club aims to build on Olympic success
A NEW rowing club launched in Hillingdon aims to inspire a generation after the success of Team GB at the Olympics.
The club, at Hillingdon Outdoor Activity Centre, is open to anyone over the age of 11 and is the only one covering North West London and parts of Herts and Bucks.
Currently, there are rowing sessions every Saturday from 8-10am, aiming at all ex-rowers or anyone who is eager to follow on from Team GB’s success.
