Healthwatch Hillingdon looking for new members

HEALTHWATCH Hillingdon needs energetic, enthusiastic and driven board members to become involved in the borough’s health and social care services.

It will take over from the existing Hillingdon Local Involvement Network (LINk) and needs board members with expertise in any of the following areas: communications, community engagement, performance, finance, commissioning, procurement and policy.

The commitment is estimated as at least one day a month. Board members are voluntary and unpaid but reasonable expenses will be provided.

Closing date for applications is December 31, with interviews likely to take place on January 4.
