IT has been a busy year for Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust – and you can find out what’s been happening at its annual meeting on Wednesday, September 10.
Chief executive Shane DeGaris will be talking about progress over the last 12 months and ambitious plans for the future.
Senior clinical staff will talk about how the trust supports patients to return home after a hospital stay.
The trust is also currently drawing up a ‘master plan’, which will map out how the hospital could be improved over the next 10-20 years.
This includes demolishing and replacing old buildings, including creating a new hospital block and maternity wing.
The meeting will be from 5.15-7.30pm in the Education Centre, Hillingdon Hospital, Pield Heath Road, Uxbridge UB8 3NN.
It will include a Q&A session with the public and a light buffet.
