PHARMACY staff at Hillingdon Hospital gave their Christmas jumpers the annual airing as part of a national event for Save the Children UK.
National Christmas Jumper Day encouraged everyone to leave good taste in the wardrobe and put on some head-turning knitwear.
Several hospital departments took part, including more than 30 pharmacists led by chief pharmacist Andrew Caunce, dressed as an elf.
