YOU might be just recovering from Christmas and New Year, but Michael Sobell Hospice is already looking ahead to Valentine’s Day.
It’s holding an Indulgence Evening on Wednesday, February 11, 7-10pm at the London School of Theology, Green Lane, Northwood. There will be the chance to unwind with a range of taster therapies in a relaxed and calming atmosphere. Tickets cost £15 including a glass of bubbly, tea and coffee and a goody bag for every guest.
Treatments include mini manicures, Indian head massage, reflexology, postural analysis by the Pilates Club, Red Cross massages and a House of Colour talk. All the therapists have given up their time to help raise funds for the hospice. There will be music from Double Vision, a tombola and stalls selling a range of indulgent gifts including jewellery, accessories and cupcakes.
New for this year will be a men's room, with massages, dry cuts and footspas.
Beverley Garber, volunteer event organiser, said: “This is the second year we have run this event. We wanted to offer people another chance to come along and spoil themselves while supporting a good cause.”
