PEOPLE in Hillingdon are being urged to take part in a series of healthy heart activities in the borough's libraries to celebrate National Heart Month in February.
Themed story time sessions for children, tea dances and guided walks are some of the activities on offer.
Free pre-bookable health checks are also available to residents aged 40-74.
For those keen to get active, Uxbridge Library will be hosting its first chairobics session on Friday, February 6 at 10am and then every week from Tuesday, February 10 at 11.30am.
Yeading Library is also helping people lead a healthier lifestyle by hosting a yoga session at 10am on Friday, February 20.
There is also exercise for the soul, as well as the heart, with singing and poetry sessions throughout the month.
On Friday, February 13, Manor Farm Library is hosting its a poetry evening from 7pm, or you can join a singing class at Uxbridge library on Friday, February 6, 2-3pm.
