GENERAL knowledge buffs at the ready! The Fairway Inn is hosting a quiz night to raise funds for Paul Strickland Scanner Centre in November.
The quiz night is being held at The Fairway Inn, Rickmansworth Golf Club, Moor Lane, Rickmansworth, WD3 1QL on Friday, November 4 at 7:30pm.
The Paul Strickland Scanner Centre, based at Mount Vernon Hospital, provides scanning services for the early diagnosis, treatment monitoring and research of cancer and other life limiting illnesses.
They receive no government funding and rely on the help of supporters through events and donations to enable us to continue offering our patients the best chance of life.
They are taking bookings for teams of six at a cost of £14 per person which will include fish and chips or a vegetarian alternative.
There will be great team and individual prizes and a cash bar is available.
