A Harefield charity is taking advantage of this year's Six Nations to try and find homes for a squad of pups.

Staff at Dogs Trust Harefield are appealing for potential new owners to come forward for the three Corgi cross pups.

The four-legged line up have been named Ford, Brown and Hartley in support of the England team at this year's competition.

Hillingdon Times:

The dogs were found abandoned and handed over to the West London rehoming centre where they were soon renamed in honour of the ongoing competition.

Dogs Trust Harefield Rehoming Centre manager Richard Moore said:

"Our adorable rugby puppies have been keeping their carers on their toes and have been enjoying lots of fuss and attention as they await their new homes.

"Whilst they have been lapping up plenty of love from their canine carers, nothing compares to finding a loving home of their own.

"We are proud to be supporting England in the Six Nations and if last year’s tournament is anything to go by, it will be a close competition."

England's next match in the tournament is against Italy at Twickenham on Saturday 26 February.
